THIS COMPLETED APPLICATION FORM, ALL REQUIRED PAPERWORK AND FEES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE TOWN CLERK, TOWN ENGINEER AND TOWN ATTORNEY BY noon ON THE FIRST OF THE MONTH (one month prior to the Plan Commission meeting at which the application will be heard).  

 

The Plan Commission normally meets on the first Thursday of the month.

CONCEPT REVIEW:

Concept review with the Plan Commission is mandatory for any proposed activity covered in the Town’s Riverway Ordinance, except for ordinary maintenance and repair. An informational session/site review with the Plan Commission will be scheduled and noticed.  Review the Town’s St. Croix Riverway Ordinance for procedure requirements.
