REVIEW:
Concept review with the Plan
Commission is mandatory for any proposed activity covered in the Town’s
Riverway Ordinance, except for ordinary maintenance and repair. An
informational session/site review with the Plan Commission will be scheduled
and noticed. Review the Town’s St. Croix Riverway Ordinance for procedure requirements.
