THIS COMPLETED APPLICATION FORM, ALL REQUIRED PAPERWORK AND FEES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE TOWN CLERK, TOWN ENGINEER AND TOWN ATTORNEY BY noon ON THE FIRST OF THE MONTH (one month prior to the Plan Commission meeting at which the application will be heard).   

 

The Plan Commission routinely meets on the 1st Thursday of every month.

CONCEPT REVIEW:

            Concept review with the Plan Commission is mandatory for any proposed subdivision activity.  Concept review materials must also be delivered to the Clerk/Treasurer by 3:30pm the day before the Plan Commission meeting the month BEFORE you want to be on its agenda.  An informational session with the Plan Commission will then be scheduled and noticed.  There will be discussion with the Plan Commission concerning what is proposed but no formal action will be taken, and the Town Board will not review or act upon any outcome of a concept review.
