EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT

§ 48-1. Appointment of Director.

The County/Municipal Emergency Management Director appointed and employed by St. Croix County is hereby designated and appointed Emergency Management Director of the Municipal Corporation of the Town of Troy, subject to the conditions and provisions set forth in Wisconsin Statutes and the St. Croix County Emergency Management Program and any subsequent amendments.
